EDEN HAS HAS REVEALED WHO HE THINKS IS THE BEST PLAYER IN ENGLAND.
Eden Hazard says his Belgium teammate Kevin de Bruyne is now the Premier League's best player.
Hazard who has emerged a very important player for the Blues since joining from Lille in the summer of 2012, know a good player when he sees one. He was named the PFA player of the year during Chelsea's title winning 2014/2015 season; and was also a major player as the Blues charged to the title last season.
Meanwhile, Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne flopped while at Chelsea but re-emerged in German football with Wolfsburg after an £18million move in January 2014.
De Bruyne who joined Manchester City in August 2015 has been outstanding for Pep Guardiola's league leaders this term, thriving during City's unbeaten start to the campaign.
He is already the overwhelming favourite to be named PFA Player of the Year in 2018.
Speaking ahead of Belgium's meeting with Mexico on Friday, Hazard said:
“Kevin is definitely the best player in the Premier League at the moment,"
“City are the best Premier League team and Kevin is an important player in Guardiola’s system. It’s easy to play with Kevin because we’re good players.”
Hazard who has been outstanding since returning from the ankle injury he suffered during the summer said that he doesn't expect to feature for 90 minutes against both Mexico and Japan - whom Roberto Martinez's side meet next week.
"Will I play both games? It would be silly to play 90 minutes twice but I still want to play," he said. "Personally I feel good. There is no apprehension related to my return from injury.
"I am already at top [shape] but I still hope to improve."

SEPP BLATTER HAS BEEN ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY ASSAULTING A FEMALE FOOTBALLER.
Former Fifa President Sepp Blatter has been accused of sexually assaulting USA women's international goalkeeper Hope Solo at an awards ceremony.
Solo, 36, told Portuguese newspaper Expresso that the Swiss, 81, 'grabbed her ass' moments before the pair took to the stage at the Ballon d'Or awards in 2013.
She presented the women's World Player of the Year award alongside Blatter - who is currently banned from football for six yeasrs.
In the interview Solo claimed Blatter grabbed her behind seconds before they both went on stage:
“I had Sepp Blatter grab my ass,” she said. “It was at the Ballon d’Or, right before I went on stage. [Sexual harassment] has been normalised.”
Blatter's spokesman told the Guardian : “This allegation is ridiculous."

PATRICE EVRA HAS BEEN BANNED BY UEFA AND RELEASED BY MARSEILLE.
Patrice Evra has been SACKED by Marseille for kicking a fan in the head.
The left-back has also been banned from European football competitions until the end of the season, and fined €10,000.
The incident took place before Marseille's Europa League game against Vitoria last week.
Marseille supporters had been verbally abusing the defender during the warm-up for the Europa League match.
Evra is then alleged to have kicked a ball in the direction of the Marseille fans behind the goal, which caused the situation to spiral out of control.
Moments later the Frenchman walked over to confront the fans, and was held back by his teammates as supporters leaped over the barriers.
Evra then aimed a karate kick at one of the fans, which resulted in him being sent off before the game had even started.
He played an important role in reviving the team and in the improvement of results.
"However, on November 2 in Guimaraes he committed an irreparable act by responding to provocations from a handful of individuals.
Nothing justified such a reaction, especially from a senior player whose attitude both on and off the pitch should inspire the youngest of us.
"In that context, the conditions were no longer right for Patrice Evra to accomplish his mission here with serenity or, above all, effectively.
Both parties agreed to end the collaboration by mutual consent.
"This incident also highlighted the unacceptable attitude of a small number of people who uttered insults and threats of violence towards the player and his family before contemptuously invading the pitch.
"Such behaviour, which exposes the club to sanctions, has no place in the stands of a football stadium and at Marseille in particular."

GIGGS HAS ADDRESSED HIS RELATIONSHIP RUMOURS WITH GEMMA ATKINSON.
Ryan Giggs has addressed his relationship rumours with Gemma Atkinson.
The Manchester United legend joined Strictly Come Dancing star Gemma as a guest on Manchester radio station Key 103 on Thursday morning and when pushed on the 'romance' said: "As if!"
And when Ryan was asked about the pair's relationship, he claimed that the pair are just good friends, report the Manchester Evening News.
Giggs said: “Me and Gemma have been friends for a long time,” before joking: “And you know, as if!”
It had Gemma, Matt and Mike in stitches, and Gemma said: “Oh cheers!”
Former Emmerdale star Gemma had spoken out about the rumours at the weekend on Key 103 also explaining that she and Giggs had been pals for ten years - nothing more.
She added on: “Anyone I hang about with of the opposite sex people say I’m going out with.
“Whenever we all go out together as friends people say we’re in a relationship.”
Giggs cycled to his interview at Key’s Castlefield studios from his home in Worsley on Thursday morning, a day after he was spotted in his hi-vis gear on his bike.
He revealed he has been out cycling a lot to get fit for the game of football he will play at the weekend to celebrate the new Salford City stadium on Moor Lane.
An all star team will play against the Salford City team Giggs and his Class of ‘92 teammates co-own.
He laughed: “When we first bought the team we played them and we got absolutely battered, it was embarrassing.”
He was also asked about all the rumours linking him to managerial jobs at football clubs but confirmed none are true.
But asked if he would move away from his beloved Manchester for a job, he said: “Yes, of course I would.”
He also said he would never do Strictly despite saying he’s a good dancer “after a few drinks."
He is most impressed with Gemma’s dance partner Aljaz, who he has met a number of times over recent weeks while the duo have been training in Manchester.

CHELSEA'S LONGEST-SERVING PLAYER PLANS TO LEAVE.
Chelsea's longest-serving player is eyeing an escape route from Stamford Bridge after not playing a single game in his seven-year Blues stint.
The mirror reports that Goalkeeper Matej Delac has been plagued by work permit issues since landing in west London as an 18-year-old and has spent virtually his whole Chelsea tenure on loan.
He has never been registered in the Premier League and believes now is the right time to look elsewhere.
"Yes, soon will come a time I'll have to leave Chelsea. Many people ask me do I regret coming to Chelsea so young, and not joining some smaller club, but I feel no regret," the Croat explained to SportSport.
"Your career can always be better, but I am 25 and have been through so much, met many coaches, players, gained experience.
"The problem was not my quality, Chelsea believed in me, extended my contract several times, but the problem was always work permit."
"Chelsea had a plan for my career, but you can not plan some things. As I arrived, aged 18, it seemed like some movie, I can't describe that feeling," he added.
"I will remember the greatness of Chelsea FC, they raised me and taught me human and football manners. And of course my first game, in Ljubljana vs Olimpija, when I played with Fabregas, Costa.
"Conte is great worker, professional, even when Chelsea is not doing well, I know it is just a phase and Conte will find a way out."

MICHAEL BALLACK PREDICTS THE LIKELY OUTCOME OF ENGLAND/GERMANY FRIENDLY, AND FAULTS THE THREE LIONS.
Betfair ambassador, Michael Ballack have predicted the likely outcome of Friday's England versus Germany friendly game.
The former Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Germany star also believes that England have all it takes to go far in the World Cup in Russia, if only they can get a player in the mould of Manchester United's legend - Scholes.
“They lack a strategist,” Ballack said.
“They are missing a midfielder in the mould of Paul Scholes, who can dictate the flow and tempo of a game.
“This is where the English team are missing some class to take them to the next level.”
Speaking ahead of the Wembley showdown between England and his country Germany, he said: “Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Kyle Walker and Raheem Sterling are top-class players at top-class teams, playing top-class football.
“But the lack of a strategist at the heart of their play is holding them back. England need only to look on their own doorstep for the type of player I am talking about.
“Manchester City are top of the Premier League, in large part due to the match-winning exploits of Kevin De Bruyne and David Silva.
These are the type of players England needs –matching technical ability with flawless vision.
“They are also the type of players who excel under pressure, which can be an issue for England.”
“The level of expectation on England whenever a big tournament rolls around seems to get bigger every time. It can weigh heavily on a team and inhibit them.
"In Germany, we have more positive experiences with this type.
“We have won four World Cup finals and lost finals. This experience in such high-stakes games has made it easier for us.
“There is no lack of top talents in England and Germany.
“I will be watching avidly to see which country can make the most progress in the run-up to Russia.
"My prediction is 2-2.”
Ballack reached the World Cup final in 2002 where the German national team lost 2-0 to Brazil. But he scored a total of 42 goals in 98 appearances for his country.
At club level, he won the Premier League, three FA Cups and reached the Champions League final with Chelsea in 2008 where the Blues lost to Manchester United on penalty shoot-out.

HOW A WOMAN WON OVER HALF A MILLION POUNDS WITH JUST £1.
A woman has won nearly £575,000 from a £1 football bet - despite having nearly no interest in the sport.
Steve Cook's 92nd minute winner for
Bournemouth at Newcastle over the weekend secured one of the most unlikely accumulator wins you are likely to ever see.
The unnamed woman, 58, believed to be from Kent, picked 12 selections, with most of them being odds-against outsiders.
Amongst others, she had Huddersfield to beat West Brom, Bolton to beat Norwich and Sheffield Wednesday to beat Aston Villa.
She only started betting on football as she wanted to make watching the football with her husband and son every weekend more exciting.
The bet was paid out by the William Hill store in Leysdown-on-Sea.
Shop employee Carli Faulkner said: "It is incredible that the lady got them all up.
"Usually customers laugh when they see a payout figure on the bottom of their slip like £574,000, but this just goes to show it can happen.
"They will be having a cracking Christmas and I am delighted for them as it's real girl power landing a bet like that.
"My biggest ever payout before this was around £25,000."
William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams added: "Apparently, the lady's husband had been doing the £1 weekend acca since he was 18, so 40 years of practice on football punting.
"His wife started doing the same bet about six years ago, so she certainly had lady luck on her side as her hubby has never had a win anything like that."
THE WINNING ACCUMULATOR RESULTS
Huddersfield 1-0 West Brom - 6/4
Newcastle 0-1 Bournemouth - 5/2
Southampton 0-1 Burnley - 4/1
Swansea 0-1 Brighton - 15/8
Aston Villa 1-2 Sheffield Wednesday - 5/2
Barnsley 2-0 Birmingham - 11/8
Bolton 2-1 Norwich - 11/5

ANTHONY MARTIAL KNOWS EXACTLY HOW TO 'BENCH' RASHFORD.
Anthony Martial has started this season well and was crowned Red Devils' player of the month for October.
But despite his accolade, the 21-year-old has struggled to start a consistent number of games in a row under Jose Mourinho who prefer to either play the French winger or Marcus Rashford in the left wing position.
Martial has been named in a Premier League first XI for United just three times this term, coming off the bench on a further seven ocassions.
The Frenchman has managed an impressive four goals in those outings, from only 11 shots on goal.
A recent study revealed that Martial's strike rate of 36.36 percent places him fifth in the most efficient players across Europe's top five leagues.
Martial who is enjoying his football at the moment but prefer to always be on the starting eleven told SFR Sport how he is getting about his duties at Old Trafford.
"It’s easier to start the game," Martial said.
"When you come off the bench, the other players are warmed up, they’re totally in the game, and you have to get into it straight away. I prefer to start the game, I have more time to get myself into the game.
"I have faith in my qualities, and I think the manager has confidence in me, too, so it’s up to me to continue putting in good performances, and if I do that, I think I’ll play a bit more.
"We all prefer to play, even if at United when I come off the bench, I make a difference.
I prefer to start games and show what I’m capable of. When you score and you’re a forward, you’re happy. It’s going well. Even though I’m a substitute, I play often.
"I’ve played three, two games in the Champions League, I play one game in two. It’s going well. I’d like to play more - that’s going to come through my performances."

WEST HAM UNITED HAVE APPOINTED DAVID MOYES AS THEIR NEW MANAGER.
West Ham United can confirm the appointment of David Moyes as the club’s manager.
The 54-year-old Scotsman arrives with tremendous experience and pedigree, having managed in the Premier League for 14 seasons, with eight of the last nine ending in top eight finishes.
The former Preston, Everton, Manchester United, Real Sociedad and Sunderland boss has been voted the League Managers’ Association Manager of the Year on three occasions, in 2003, 2005 and 2009, and won 10 Premier League Manager of the Month awards.
He enjoyed a magnificent eleven-year tenure at Goodison Park, leading the Toffees to the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and an FA Cup final, before being hand-picked by Sir Alex Ferguson as his successor at Manchester United in the summer of 2013.
Joint-Chairman David Sullivan said: “I would like to welcome David to West Ham United.
“This is a unique position for David Gold and myself - it is the first time in almost eight years at West Ham United that we have appointed a new manager during the season.
“We need somebody with experience, knowledge of the Premier League and the players in it, and we believe David is the right man to turn things around and get the best out of the players at the Club. He is highly regarded and respected within the game, and will bring fresh ideas, organisation and enthusiasm.
“He proved with Everton that he has great qualities and we feel that West Ham United is a Club that will give David the platform to display those qualities again.”
In an an interview shortly after his appointment, David Moyes admitted that he can’t wait to get started on the challenge ahead.
After flying back from Qatar yesterday afternoon, the 54-Year-old Scotsman immediately took a train to London to finalise his appointment, and spoke exclusively to whufc.com after putting pen to paper late last night.
“It feels great to be here,” he said. “West Ham is a big club. Wherever you go they are known. I’ve been really fortunate in that I’ve managed some really great clubs, and I have been offered some other opportunities recently.
“But I wanted a job that would give me a real good chance [of success]. I wanted a big fanbase, a big club, and West Ham fitted the bill.
“I’m really just looking forward to getting started, because we are now in the season and we have to get up-and-running right away to get the job done.
“We are without some players at the moment who are away on international duty but we will get the chance to work with the players who are here this week and I am looking forward to it.”
Moyes will report for his first day in charge at the club’s Rush Green training ground this morning and, with just under two weeks until we return to Premier League action against Watford, he says the additional time will give him a better opportunity to get to know his squad and implement the style that Hammers fans can expect to see under his leadership.
“It gives me a chance to get settled in and get to know how things work,” he said. “I think we’ve got a good squad. At the moment they should be in a better position than they are, and I believe they will be come the end of the season. I’ve got no doubts about that, but ultimately we have to show it on the pitch.
“I hope West Ham fans are going to see a team that is organised and disciplined. But I have always only ever wanted to be involved with attacking, entertaining football. And I feel really confident with the group of players we have got here that we can provide that.”
“West Ham supporters are a very passionate group, and we need them behind us. How do we do that? By building a successful team, with good players playing well, and that’s what we are aiming to do.”

CHELSEA ARE REVIEWING THEIR MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE AFTER MICHAEL EMENALO'S SHOCK DECISION TO QUIT.
Chelsea are reviewing their management structure after Michael Emenalo's shock decision to quit Stamford Bridge.
Technical director Emenalo handed in his resignation to club directors last week.
He is expected to take on a role in a similar capacity with reigning Ligue 1 champions Monaco.
As they confirmed Emenalo's exit, Chelsea have revealed that they are considering a revamp of the way that the club is ran.
Emenalo, who is one of Roman Abramovich's most trusted aides at the club, will be involved in any decisions to change the club's structure.
Blues director Marina Granovskaia said: "We are extremely grateful to Michael for his tireless work over the past 10 years.
"He has played an important role during the most successful period in the club’s history, helping make Chelsea the club it is today.
"We will now be reviewing our management structure, and Michael will be a part of that process as we look ahead."
Emenalo has walked away from Chelsea after a 10-year association.
The 52-year-old has overseen three Premier League title victories, as well as Champions League, Europa League, FA Cup and League Cup successes since joining the club.
On his decision to leave, Emenalo said: "This has been a very difficult decision to make, but one I believe is right for both myself and my family, and the club.
"I have had the privilege to work alongside some of the most talented people in the world of sport over the past 10 years, and I will depart incredibly proud of the achievements we have made."

SLAVEN BILIC SENDS AN EMOTIONAL MESSAGE TO WEST HAM.
Axed Hammers' Boss, Slaven Bilic has thanked the Club management, fans and players of West Ham for supporting him during his reign as the Coach of the club he once played for.
Earlier in the day, West Ham released a club statement confirming his sacking; and former Manchester United boss David Moyes look set to take charge till the end of the season.
Bilic in a heartfelt message, thanked the board, the staff, players and staff for their support during his reign.
It read thus:
I would like to say how proud I am to have been given the opportunity to manage West Ham United Football Club.
It has been far more than just a job for me. Having worn the claret and blue shirt as a player, I felt that connection when I returned as manager and I have always known how truly special this club is.
I am sad that it hasn’t worked out in the way we wanted this season. But I leave with my head held high, along with some wonderful memories that I will always cherish.
My first season in charge was fantastic. We broke so many records, losing only one game against the top six teams home or away, and finishing just four points away from the Champions League places.
And for it to end the way it did, on that unforgettable final night at the Boleyn Ground, was sensational. To have been a part of that magical evening is something that will live with me forever.
I was confident that we would be able to progress this season and continue to close the gap between expectation levels and reality, but unfortunately it has not been the case.
I believe in my qualities and wanted desperately to fight on to turn things around, but I understand the club’s desire to make a change.
I would like to thank the Chairmen and the board, for offering me the chance to manage this great club, and for the support they have given me during my time in charge.
I would also like to thank the players – some of whom have been here since my very first day as manager – for the effort and commitment they have shown me during the past two-and-a-half years.
I thank my coaching team and the staff at the training ground for their support, loyalty and dedication – I have been lucky to have worked with such good people.
Finally, I would like to finish by thanking the West Ham United supporters. We had a special bond when I played for the club, and that bond was still there when I returned as manager.
I genuinely hope they get the success they deserve and I wish everyone at West Ham United all the very best in the future.

CONTE DOES NOT KNOW IF DAVID LUIZ HAVE A CHELSEA FUTURE
Antonio Conte made a very bold decision of dropping Brazilian defender, David Luiz during Chelsea's 1-0 win over Manchester United on Sunday.
Andreas Christensen took the place of the Brazilian in the starting line up and forged a solid partnership with Cahill at the heart of the Blues' defence.
Speaking after the game, the Blues manager, Conte maintained that the inclusion of Christensen was purely a tactical decision, after that disastrous 3-0 defeat to Roma.
"No, no. Tactical decision," explained Conte, speaking to Sky Sports. "There is Christensen in really good form and also we have [Ethan] Ampadu who is a good young player. The club like to play with the young player."
On David Luiz's situation, Conte added;
"I don't know [if he has a future at Chelsea], he has to work really hard with the others, otherwise they are on the bench or in the stand".

Slaven Bilic has been sacked by West Ham.
The Hammers suffered an embarrassing 4-1 home defeat by Liverpool on Saturday - their sixth Premier League loss of the season; after which, Bilic was summoned to showdown talks with co-owners David Sullivan, David Gold and vice chairman Karren Brady at the club’s Rush Green training ground.
David Moyes is reportedly set to take charge on a six-month deal until the end of the season.
It is understood the new manager will be in charge for West Ham’s next game after the international break, when they travel to Watford on November 19.
Speaking to beIN Sports at the weekend, Moyes admitted he would like to return to management with West Ham.
Sacked after Sunderland were relegated to the Championship last season, the 54-year-old said: "I've always said I want to go back into club management.
“If the right opportunity comes around, I'll be interested.
"I am interested but at the moment that vacancy has not become available. I know what Slaven must be going through."
West Ham statement in full:
West Ham United can confirm that Slaven Bilic has today left his position with the Club.
The Chairmen and board of West Ham United would like to place on record their thanks and gratitude to Slaven and his team for their services over the past two-and-a-half years, but believe a change is now necessary in order for the Club to move forward positively and in line with their ambition.

The Club’s search for a new manager to take West Ham United forward is underway and an announcement regarding Bilic’s successor is expected to be made over the comino days.

ARSENE WENGER'S FURIOUS AFTER BAD DECISIONS COST HIS SIDE THREE POINTS AT MANCHESTER CITY.
Arsenal were beaten at the Etihad stadium on Sunday by top table Manchester City. Guardiola's men won the game 3-1 after some contentious decisions by Referee, Michael Oliver.
Kevin de Bruyne has given the Citizens a first half lead before Sergio Aguero scored a controversial penalty after Raheem Sterling went to the ground following a contact with Nacho Monreal. Alexander Lacazette reduced the deficit minutes after coming on, but Gabriel Jesus restored City's two-goal advantage three minutes later after he received a pass from David Silva who was in an offside position at the time.
Wenger was left raging at two decisions he claimed cost Arsenal the game and branded the perceived continued injustices against his side as “unacceptable”.
Here are Arsene Wenger's thoughts;
WAS THAT A PENALTY?
“It was no penalty, we know that Raheem Sterling dives well, he does that very well.
WAS THAT (THIRD GOAL) A LEGITIMATE GOAL?
The third goal was offside.
“I'm very upset because, at 2-1, we were in the game.
"The third goal was the killer and it's no coincidence that mistakes always go for the home team, as we know. It's unacceptable.
“Last year, if you look as well, we conceded two offside goals.
HOW DO YOU RATE MANCHESTER CITY
“Of course they're a top team, but that makes it even more difficult for you.
“Can anyone stop them? It will be difficult this season, the way they have started and with the quality they have, but you never know.
“If, on top of that, they have decisions at home like that, they'll be unstoppable.”

"CLASS OF '92" STARS RETURN TO OLD TRAFFORD.
Manchester United's fabled Class of 92 were back together this week to launch some new trainers.
David Beckham, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and the Neville brothers were at Old Trafford and spoke about the trainers as well as other topics.
Gary Neville spoke of the importance of youth players continuing to come through at United.
He said: "You can sit here and say that our time is over but also I think if you look at the lads that are still playing in the first team - [Scott] McTominay,
[Marcus] Rashford and [Jesse] Lingard.
"It's important that United continue to tell the story of youth and particularly during a time when it's more difficult for young players to break into the first team.
"I don't think we should let the candle burn out because ultimately you need to keep reminding people of the importance of producing young players and local players who love the club and have grown up loving the club."

TWO CHELSEA STARS ARE IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH MOURINHO.
Cesc Fabregas revealed last week that he is still in regular contact with former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho signed Fabregas for Chelsea and the Spaniard was devastated to see him sacked.
"We still talk today," said fabregas. "He is probably the manager that I have had the best feeling and connection for.
Apart from Arsene (Wenger), the one I have the most contact with is Jose."
Meanwhile, Chelsea striker, Alvaro Morata have equally admitted that he is in constant communication with the Portuguese Manager.
Morata 25, played under Mourinho at Real Madrid and says they often text.
"We speak, not only this summer. I have a good relationship with Jose," Morata told the Mail. "He was my first coach in professional football and he gave me the chance to be a professional.
"He made me the first contact.
Sometimes we send messages, not speaking about football, asking if everything's OK and sending some jokes.
Morata who was reportedly a Manchester United target in the summer, but ended up at Chelsea added:
"It's good and I appreciate these things because he was my first coach but now he's my rival. We need to win. It's wonderful playing with Mourinho and winning with Mourinho now it's time to try to win with Antonio (Conte) and it's a wonderful opportunity."

MOURINHO HAS REGRETTED TREATING PAUL POGBA UNFAIRLY.
Manchester United manager has admitted he has a regret over his handling of Paul Pogba this season, report the Manchester Evening News.
Pogba limped off with a hamstring injury before the half hour mark during United's 3-0 Champions League win over Basel on September 12.
When he was asked whether United had coped as well as they possibly could have amid their injury issues, Mourinho suggested he might have to reassess his stance on sidelined players to ensure his players earn more plaudits.
"I think it's my fault because I should cry every week about our injuries and remember everybody day after day or press conference after press conference," Mourinho said.
"I should remember every day our situation, so it's my fault, it's my decision, it's my way of dealing with problems, it's my way of trying to motivate and give confidence to the players that are going to replace people. But again maybe I have to reconsider my profile.
"I know that I moan with a lot of things but I don't do with injuries and probably I should because your question is a good question.
I think any other manager would be speaking about Pogba every day. 'Oh I don't have Pogba, oh when [do] I have Pogba, oh 10 matches without Pogba, oh all the Champions League group phase without Pogba, oh all the big matches against Liverpool, against Chelsea, against Spurs without Pogba.'
"I don't speak about Pogba one single time, it's only when you ask me about his situation and it's not just Pogba. It's Fellaini, it's Carrick, it's Ibra, it's Marcos Rojo, it's a big group of players.
"So yes, I think we are doing very, very well. Very, very well."
Pogba will certainly miss United's big clash with Chelsea on Sunday, and look likely to return in the league game versus Newcastle United at Old Trafford after the international break.

OLYMPIC MARSEILLE HAVE SUSPENDED PATRICE EVRA.
Marseille have suspended Patrice Evra after he kicked out a fan ahead of a Europa League clash.
The ex-Manchester United defender, who was named as a substitute for the match against Vitoria, was sent off for his Cantona-esque kick at the supporter.
A statement from the Ligue 1 club said: "Jacques-Henri Eyraud, President of Olympique de Marseille, met Patrice Evra today and informed him of his layoff with immediate effect and his summons to an interview prior to a possible disciplinary sanction.
"In addition, the first results of the internal investigation conducted by the club reveal an unacceptable behaviour on the part of a handful of provocateurs who uttered particularly serious hateful attacks against the player, even though the latter and his teammates warmed up for an important meeting.
"As a professional and experienced player, Patrice Evra could not respond in such an inappropriate way.
"The club is continuing its investigation and will use all the legal means at its disposal against individuals who, under the guise of their passion for OM, endanger their reputation by entering the field and insulted a player, instead of supporting him."
Marseille boss Rudi Garcia reacted;
"Pat has experience and he must not react, it's obvious," Garcia was quoted by L'Equipe as telling BeIN Sports.
"Patrice is a more than experienced player and we cannot respond to insults so low and so incredible because they come from one of our supporters."
On the fan, Garcia said: "He is not a supporter of OM, because you cannot insult your own players, you have to be behind everyone."
UEFA have already opened and announced Evra would miss "at least one match", with the organisation's disciplinary body set to discuss his case at its next meeting on November 10.
In 1995, France and Manchester United Star Eric Cantona performed a similar Kung Fu kick on a Crystal Palace fan at Selhurst Park.
The Frenchman was already an icon at Old Trafford after inspiring them to successive league titles, the first ending a barren run of 26 years, after his arrival from Leeds in November 1992.
This retaliatory act of violence, which he never attempted to defend, merely added to his legend.
The Manchester United legend would go on to serve a nine-month ban for his actions.

EPL WK 11: CHELSEA v MANCHESTER UNITED PREVIEW/PREDICTION
STAT: Chelsea have lost only one of their last 15 home Premier League matches against Manchester United (W9 D5).
ANALYSIS: The defending Champions have already lost three times this season; with their midweek Champions League defeat to Roma the highlight of their gradual decline.
The return of former Boss Mourinho at the Bridge will certainly raise the atmosphere of the occasion, but the result may not favour the Blues if they fail to raise their game.
PREDICTION: FIRST HALF DRAW.
DATE: 05.11.2017.
KICKOFF: 18:30.
VENUE: STAMFORD
EPL WK 11: WEST HAM v LIVERPOOL PREVIEW/PREDICTION.
STATS: Only twice in their ten last meetings have West Ham and Liverpool drawn. The other 8 has ended in four wins apiece.
Daniel Sturridge has scored five goals in seven PL appearances against West Ham, including the opening goal in Liverpool’s 4-0 win at London Stadium last season.
ANALYSIS: It has become a close context between West Ham and Liverpool in recent seasons, but the Hammers' stuttering start to the season suggests that the Reds already have an upper hand going into this fixture; but Liverpool have not fared better either. Their win at Leicester in week six was their only win away from home this season.
Meanwhile, Bilic's men would certainly fancy their chances against Liverpool who boasts only two wins from their last 7 games.
PREDICTION: OVER 2.5

EPL WK 11: SWANSEA v BRIGHTON PREVIEW/PREDICTION
STAT: The Seagulls are looking to record back-to-back away victories in the top flight for only the second time, and the first since April 1981.
ANALYSIS: Brighton worked hard to earn victory against Newcastle on Monday and look a good bet for a win at Wales on Sunday having shown signs of improvement since loosing to Arsenal in week seven.
Meanwhile Swansea are looking increasingly poor this season, and might be punished for being unable to take their chances on Saturday.
I don't fancy the Swans winning this.

STAT: Newcastle have lost only one league game at home this season.
Bournemouth have won only one league match away from home this season.
Jermain Defoe has scored on each of his last three Premier League visits to St James’ Park – in October 2011 and August 2012 with Spurs, and with Sunderland in March 2016.
ANALYSIS: The Cherries nearly pulled a draw against Chelsea last weekend with their disciplined approach, and will aim to get something from their trip to Tyneside.
However, Rafael Benitez's men have made St. James' park a fortress this season with three of their four wins in the league coming on home turf.
PREDICTION: OVER 1.5

EPL WK 11: HUDDERSFIELD v WEST BROM PREVIEW/PREDICTION.
STAT: West Brom have won the same number of points after 10 Premier League matches as they did last season (10) when they finished 10th.
ANALYSIS : Huddersfield have only lost to Tottenham at home this season and proved that they can deliver a spectacular when they won Manchester United a fortnight ago. Though lost at Anfield last weekend, they will be hoping to get one over the Baggies who gave a spirited performance in their 3-2 loss to Manchester City, but have lost four and drawn their four in their last eight league games.
PREDICTION: MORE GOALS IN THE SECOND HALF.
DATE: 04.11.2017.
KICKOFF: 16:00.
VENUE: JOHN SMITH'S STADIUM.
