CONTE DOES NOT KNOW IF DAVID LUIZ HAVE A CHELSEA FUTURE

Antonio Conte made a very bold decision of dropping Brazilian defender, David Luiz during Chelsea's 1-0 win over Manchester United on Sunday.

Andreas Christensen took the place of the Brazilian in the starting line up and forged a solid partnership with Cahill at the heart of the Blues' defence.

Speaking after the game, the Blues manager, Conte maintained that the inclusion of Christensen was purely a tactical decision, after that disastrous 3-0 defeat to Roma.

"No, no. Tactical decision," explained Conte, speaking to Sky Sports. "There is Christensen in really good form and also we have [Ethan] Ampadu who is a good young player. The club like to play with the young player."

On David Luiz's situation, Conte added;
"I don't know [if he has a future at Chelsea], he has to work really hard with the others, otherwise they are on the bench or in the stand".
