DAVID LUIZ RETURNS TO CHELSEA

 David Luiz is reportedly undergoing medicals at Chelsea. The Brazilian who was sold by the blues  for  £50m  two years ago, returns after a deal worth £38m was reached between his club PSG and Chelsea.
