SANCHEZ COULD JOIN CHELSEA, BUT CONTE ADMITS IT'S NOT YET TIME TO TALK ABOUT IT.

Antonio Conte has refused to confirm if Chelsea are poised to open talks over a big money move for Arsenal superstar Alexis Sanchez.

The Chelsea boss has been strongly linked with a move for the Chile forward who has just a year left on his contract with the Gunners.

Sanchez fuelled speculation even more when he stated last week that he is happy to stay in London, but wants to win trophies, reports The Mirror.

With uncertainty surrounding the long-term future of Arsene Wenger, speculation continues to grow that Sanchez alongside Mesut Ozil could be leaving the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season.

But Conte refused to enter the debate at his pre-match press conference on Tuesday and would not reveal if the former Barcelona forward was one of his prime summer targets.

Conte said: “You know I don't like to speak about other players of other clubs.

It's disrespectful for the other club and, above all, for my players. It's not the right moment to speak about this."
