STAT: In his last three appearances against Sunday's opponents at Old Trafford, Wayne Rooney has scored four and assisted two more.

ANALYSIS : Club Chairman have backed Mark Hughes to turn things around at Stoke. But I doubt if that pledge of solidarity will continue if results remain as it has been since week 1.

Given their commanding display versus Leicester last weekend, followed by a win (albeit laboured)  in the Europa league on Thursday, United will fancy their chance against a seemingly hapless Stoke side. I expect a VERY TIGHT GAME  at Old Trafford on Sunday. United must be prepared for a real battle.

RONALDO'S PLANE CRASHES IN BARCELONA

Real Madrid Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo's £15m Gulfstream G200 was landing at El Prat airport when it's landing gear broke on impact.

Eyewitnesses report that the plane's landing gear broke on impact with the runway, forcing emergency forces into action.
It is gathered that Ronaldo bought the plane in 2015, and leases it out for private clients.

Apart from the pilot who was reported to have sustained minor injuries from the incident, no other casualties was reported.
One of the runways at El Prat  was shot down shortly after the incident.

Former Manchester United defender, Rio Ferdinand has tipped youngster, Marcus Rashford for a senior England call up after proving how good he is in front of goal.

Manchester United Boss,Jose Mourinho had planned to restore his Captain to the starting line up for the Europa league game against Zorya. But Rooney's back Injury would likely cause the England Captain to start from the bench or even miss the match entirely.

Mourinho claims that he will only play his Captain when he's fully fit, so as to protect him from unnecessary criticisms.
