SIR ALEX FERGUSON WANT EXTRA TIME SCRAPPED

On Wednesday in Nyon, Switzerland, at a UEFA summit, top European coaches discussed the prospect of scrapping extra time. The possibility of drawn matches heading straight to penalties was part of the discussion.
Former Manchester United Manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, who is now UEFA'S Coaching Ambassador said he hate seeing tired players 'walking' around the pitch during extra time.
Sir Alex said, "I don't think we like to see players exhausted in extra time and when the whistle goes at the end of 90minutes, I've always had the feeling it's going to go to penalty.
You saw in the last Champions league final, players walking about,  it's inevitable that it goes to penalty kicks, so the question is how can we improve it.
Other top European Managers, like Arsenal's Arsene Wenger and Manchester United new boss, Jose Mourinho were in attendance.
