The 18year old was handed his debut by the Dutch coach last season, and he has continued to develop under the tutelage of the Special One.
"Van Gaal's sessions are directly related to the games, whereas Mourinho is all about making players complete players, Rashford told Soccer AM.
"They are different and take getting used to, but everyone is relish it.
Rashford also spoke highly of his admiration for former Manchester United Portuguese Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and United's Skipper.
Ronaldo helped the Club Under Sir Alex Ferguson to win nine trophies during his time at the Club.
Rashford said, "In recent years, Ronaldo is the example. "Wherever you put him in the attacking three, he's going to make an impact and the opposition are going to fear him. Being a constant threat, that's what I need to develop.
"Rooney and Ronaldo were unreal. In 2007-2008, it was an unreal patnership. They have been huge players I have looked up to and watched how they performed to try to put into m own performance.
