MKHITARYAN TO BE FIT FOR CHELSEA CLASH.

Jose Mourinho expects Henrikh Mkhitaryan to be back in time for Manchester United's FA Cup quarter-final match against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in 10 days.

The Armenian sustained a hamstring injury against Saint-Etienne last week and subsequently missed United's EFL Cup victory over Southampton.

Mkhitaryan will miss United's PL game against Bournemouth this weekend and Mourinho suggested he is unlikely to return in Thursday's Europa League clash with Rostov in Russia either.

"Mkhitaryan is still out," Mourinho told MUTV on Friday. "He didn’t recover in time for this game.

"I believe, during the next week, especially for the weekend, he will be fine and we don’t have major problems."
Phil Jones is back in training after a month out of action meaning midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger is the only other unavailable first-team player for the game against Bournemouth.

Mourinho added: "Bastian has a little thing but, apart from that, everybody is fine."

"I told them [the squad] already a player that is not even selected can start the next match and this is the reality," the Portuguese, 54, said.

"We have to go match after match. If we decide not to give a priority to any competition, as we’ve said every competition is important, we cannot choose this team to play this match and that team to play that one.
"We have to go match after match and make readjustments and try to be as strong as possible."
