ARSENAL ARE TOO RELIANT ON OZIL AND SANCHEZ; DECLARES ADEBAYO.

Former Arsenal hitman Emmanuel Adebayor believes his old side are too reliant on star duo Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.

The Chile and German stars have become the two key men at the Emirates since their respective arrivals from Spain and are once again, leading Arsene Wenger's side in their title challenge this season.

Sanchez has 14 Premier League goals and eight assists in his 21 games so far, while Ozil, has nine goals and seven assists in 24 appearances in all competitions.
Yet the futures of both players are currently up in the air, with the pair both having just 18 months left on their deals in north London.

However, Adebayor, who scored 62 goals in 142 games for the Gunners, believes his old side would have a big problem should either be unavailable for any period.
Speaking to the Guardian, the Togolese international said; “Arsenal have a good team but if Sanchez gets injured I don’t know who they’ve got.''

''If you look at Chelsea, when Hazard gets injured they’ve got Willian; if Willian gets injured they can still play Moses further forward.

"Arsenal’s problem is that today they are just Ozil and Sanchez. If one of them gets injured, it is a problem.”

Adebayor who also played for Arsenal's arch rivals - Tottenham, declared also that he is pleased with how the team is performing under Mauricio Pochettino - despite the Argentine bringing his White Hart Lane career to an end.

“I’m happy for Pochettino and how they are doing,” he said. “Things didn’t work out between us but he is a great manager and we still have a good relationship despite what people might think.
