WORLD CHAMPION GOES SHOPPING WITH A BRUISED FACE.

Michael Bisping's face was seriously bruised following his win on Saturday at UFC 204 in Manchester .

But the UFC middleweight champion, who retained his title against American Dan Henderson at the Manchester Arena was spotted in the city centre on Monday and took time to pose for fan photos.

Following Saturday night's victory and his first title defence, Bisping had been unable to attend the post-match press conference and was instead taken to hospital where he was treated for a deep cut under his left eye.

Henderson, in what turned out to be his retirement fight, managed to knock down Bisping twice earlier in the fight but narrowly lost out as the judges scored 48-47, 48-47, 49-46 in Bisping's favour.

An unanimous decision that handed Bisping his 20th UFC victory, more than any other fighter, and saw him finally take his revenge on Henderson who famously knocked him out of UFC 100.

Bisping's UFC record now stands at 20 victories and seven losses.
