Real Madrid have now dropped seven points from their opening three home matches of the season, as Barcelona hold a seven-point lead in the early stages of the campaign.
Real Betis were dogged and determined at the back to thwart Zinedine Zidane's men, capitalising on their poor finishing. The visitors grew in confidence towards the end of the match and were rewarded when Antonio Sanabria headed home to secure the three points. It is their first win at the Bernabeu since 1998.
