Romelu Lukaku was left behind by his
Manchester United teammates following their win over Southampton .
The striker - who scored the only goal of the game - was being drug tested when the rest of the squad left St Mary's for their flight back to Manchester.
The Belgian was still at the ground more than two hours after full-time before he was escorted out past the waiting fans, and taken to the airport.
Lukaku has now scored eight goals in eight games for his new club since his £75million move from Everton in the summer.
