WHY NEYMAR WANTS TO BE TAKING PENALTIES AND FREE-KICKS AT PSG REVEALED!

When Neymar Jnr. left Fc Barcelona for PSG in the summer for a world transfer fee of €222m, many argued that he was finally leaving the shadows of Messi.

Admittedly, the brilliance of Messi has always shone through the Catalan giants over the years, but the exceptional qualities of Neymar can never be underestimated.

The Brazilian scored an astonishing 105 goals and assisted 59 times for Barcelona during his four year spell at the club. His move to PSG was greeted with mixed reactions from different quarters. His ambition of winning the Ballon d'or considered, his huge wages and the poster boy statues he is already enjoying at the French capital are added incentives.

However, after Neymar's petulant dispute with teammate Cavani concerning who should take a penalty against Lyon last weekend, myclubmycash investigated on the possible cause of the problem, between the two superstars.

Cavani can boast the best record of the two over their careers, converting 80 percent of his 57 penalties, scoring 46 and missing 11.

While Neymar has a 74 percent success rate, scoring 49 of his 66 penalties, missing 17.

Myclubmycash understands that the row could have been sparked by Cavani's awareness that Neymar could threaten his end-of-season bonus.

PSG paid him €1m for being the club's top scorer last season and with the Brazilian likely to weigh in with a sizeable amount himself, Cavani will want to pad his total with penalty duties, and Neymar equally want it.

Obviously they both earn mouthwatering six-figure wages every week, but who wouldn't want an extra quid.
