FC Barcelona yesterday announced that Messi have suffered a hamstring injury in his left leg. The Argentinian Captain exacerbated a hamstring injury while in action for his National team. The injury will likely rule him out of this weekend's La Liga game against Alaves and the Champions League opener versus Celtic on Tuesday.
The multiple Ballon d'or winner, however took to facebook to calm his fans. He wrote :
"Everything is fine, I have to slow things down as I recover with Physio, but it's nothing to worry about.
