Chelsea playmaker, Eden Hazard has aimed a swipe on his former boss, Mourinho.
Last season, as defending Champions, Mourinho's Chelsea managed just one win from their first five games of the season. And Mourinho was eventually sacked in December.
Hazard said : "Conte puts more faith in his players, and now we are good after an ugly season last year. Hazard added, "I have always been the same player but Conte knows how to treat players having played at the highest level himself.
Chelsea are joint top in the Premier League. Only them and the two Manchester Clubs have recorded a 100% start to the new season.
