Chelsea boss, Antonio Conte has revealed his surprise at Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich's 'hunger' to learn everything about his work with the Blues.
Conte has revealed how the Russian billionaire insists on understanding his football philosophies and ideas in a bid to better understand the game.
The Italian tactician who joined Chelsea in the summer, after leading the Azzuri to Euro 2016 quarter finals, made the revelation to SKY SPORT ITALIA.
Conte said, "He's a very demanding employer but a great football enthusiast. "Mr Abramovich is an employer and owner who has great passion for football.
"He wants to know and understand your ideas. ''He went to Austria to follow our training sessions.
"He comes to Cobham to spend time with us and watch the videos I show to my players, because he really wants to understand. I think this is wonderful."
