Tiemoue Bakayoko has arrived at Chelsea 's training ground ahead of a medical and a £40million transfer to the Premier League champions.
The Frenchman has long been linked with a move to the west Londoners but confirmed the switch through Instagram on Friday.
Bakayoko uploaded a snap of Cobham Training Centre and captioned "soon" on the picture.
The Monaco centre midfielder racked up an impressive 52 appearances for Monaco last season as he helped lead Leonardo Jardim's side to Ligue 1 glory and a Champions League semi-final.
The Frenchman's arrival could pave way for Nemanja Matic's exit. The Serbian could rejoin his former Boss, Mourinho at Manchester United.
