EPL WK 9: WEST HAM v BRIGHTON PREVIEW/PREDICTION.

STATS: West Ham have won 1-0 in both of their previous home Premier League matches on a Friday (v Coventry in December 1997 and Spurs last season).

Brighton have scored just one first-half goal in ten matches in all competitions

ANALYSIS: West Ham and Brighton have scored 14 goals between them this season, just three of which have come in the first half.
Both teams equally have a similar stat this season. They have both won twice, drawn twice and lost four times.
They are also going into this fixture  on the back of a draw in their respective last games.

West Ham, despite going one man down so early in their game against Burnley last weekend, showed discipline throughout and nearly won the game.
While Brighton were pegged back by Wayne Rooney's late penalty on Sunday.
With both defence leaking tightening up lately, don't expect much goals in this game.

PREDICTION: WEST HAM WILL EITHER WIN OR DRAW.

DATE: 20.10.2017.

KICKOFF: 20:00GMT.

VENUE: OLYMPIC STADIUM.
